Epoch is a history timeline game: you are dealt cards and place each one where you think it belongs on the timeline. Practice and Pass & Play work offline. Endless, Daily Challenge, Thematic, and Online require an internet connection.

Your profile and Sign in with Apple

Epoch creates an anonymous profile automatically. To keep your progress across devices, open Settings and choose Save your progress with Sign in with Apple; on a new device, Restore progress signs you back into the same profile. If a sign-in cannot complete, finish or leave any game in progress and try again — and if it still fails, write to the address below.

Restoring a subscription

If you have reinstalled Epoch or moved to a new device, open the Epoch Infinite screen and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple Account, so applicable access comes back without paying again. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that bought it, and contact support if access does not reattach.

Managing or cancelling your subscription

Epoch Infinite is billed and managed by Apple, not by Epoch. You can see the renewal date, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings.

Deleting your account

Open Settings and choose Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible for your Epoch profile and game history. For profiles saved with Sign in with Apple, Epoch asks you to confirm with a fresh Sign in with Apple authorization, and your data is deleted only after Apple's authorization has been successfully revoked. If deletion cannot complete, nothing is deleted and you can try again.

Player safety: report and block

From a match you can Report a player for an objectionable name, harassment or cheating, or Block them so ranked matchmaking will not pair you together again. Manage your blocks any time in Settings under Blocked players, where you can unblock one player or clear all blocks.

Trouble with online play

• Check that your device has a working internet connection.
• Room codes are short-lived — ask the host for a fresh one if joining fails.
• Hosting Table, Live or Battle Royale needs an active Epoch Infinite subscription; tap Restore Purchases if you already have one.
• If everyone in the room is on a different version of the app, update to the latest version and try again.
